For more than 47 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they've worked to improve their lives. It's the through-line of everything I do — and it's a calling that started long before I ever stepped on a stage.

I began my career as a fitness professional and personal trainer, helping people build stronger, healthier bodies. Along the way, I discovered the deeper work I was really being called to: strengthening the person inside — their mindset, their habits, their leadership, and their faith.

Over the years, that work expanded into leadership development, communication, customer service, stress resilience, and personal growth. I became the author of multiple books, a television host, and a ministry speaker with a deep passion for helping people grow.

Today, I have the honor of serving corporations, churches, schools, conferences, recovery ministries, and community organizations — sharing the same message with every audience: you are capable of more than you think, and lasting change is closer than it feels.
